We are happy to announce that Webinar Wednesday’s are returning. They will be on the third Wednesday of each month. Below is the schedule for the summer and fall webinars. We will send an email the first of each month with the link to signup for that months webinar. As always, if you cannot join us live, we record the webinar and post it on our customer portal for you to watch at your convenience or to share with others in your office.
August 21 – Referrals and Direct Messaging We will be reviewing the advantages of using direct messaging to send a referral to another provider. How to include pertinent documents when sending and importing information the provider receives back.
September 18 – Confidentiality Learn how to lock certain encounters that contain confidential information so that it is not accessible to everyone in the office.
October 16 – Office Manager Report Review Review reports that office managers run on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis. We will cover reports for the A/R, collection and payment arrangements and provider production to name a few. In addition, we look at TimeSavers, a way to run your reports on a scheduled interval so you do not have to do it manually.
